Started out as a little Espresso truck on Jasper Ave Edmonton. Then moved to the DT core of Edmonton in the summer of 2018. After just a year on the Edmonton streets, Lui-Chi’s added its first brick and mortar location in the Phipps McKinnon building on Rice Howard Way! We plan on opening our first location in Calgary summer of 2019!
I Have been in the coffee business for over 15 years and have a passion for old world coffee roasting and crafting. After working many years in the corporate arena I decided it was time to do what I love! In the summer of 2017 I built Edmonton’s first Espresso bar on wheels. Lui-Chi’s Wood roasted Whiskey Barrel Aged Espresso! 2018 I built my first Espresso bar in Phipps McKinnon building, downtown Edmonton. Follow your dreams, love what you do and share it with others.
